I shall do a guided reading of the Northampton Abraham play at the ‘Emotions and Medieval Media’ workshop at the Université de Lausanne in June 2015, organised by Dr Mary Flannery.

I was guest editor, together with Professor Alexandra Johnston, for a Research on Medieval and Renaissance Drama volume ‘Love on the Early Stage’. The volume includes papers from two PLS symposia (‘Mucedorus‘ and ‘Love, Sex and Romance in Early Drama’) and appeared in July 2015.

I am directing Lancelot of Denmark (Lanseloet van Denemerken) for Poculi Ludique Societas (25-27 April, Robert Gill Theatre, Toronto), an absolutely fascinating play featuring a love-sick anti-hero and a strong heroine.

I am organising a symposium, entitled ‘Love, Sex and Romance in Early Drama’, at the University of Toronto on 26 April 2014. There is an exciting range of talks on medieval and Renaissance, well-known and little-known, comic and serious, English and non-English plays.
